You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us ( INSERT: company name / your name,  and e-mail address , Order number , Reason Of withdrawal] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by email).

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you, all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Consequences of the revocation 

 You can withdraw from the contract if there are any problems regarding the product. During the withdrawal, we will send back all the payments that we have received from you, including the shipping costs(with the exception of additional costs, which arise from the fact that you have selected a form of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification about the withdrawal of this contract. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the transaction unless agreed otherwise with you, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We will do the reimbursement using the same means of payment that were used during the original transaction unless agreed otherwise with you. In all cases, you will not be charged for this. 

We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date retained being that of the first of these facts. Your responsibility is engaged only with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from a usage other than that necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of this good.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery. Likewise, the right of withdrawal expires if a product key/key has been redeemed for a registration or activation of a software. It should be noted here that an activation or registration of a software with the product key cannot be reversed and therefore there is no right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content if we have started the execution of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we start the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge to us that you lose your right of withdrawal by your agreement with the start of the execution of the contract.

General instructions for the return of goods

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

 2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

 3) Please note that the aforementioned items are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
